Nolan Dahm

I'm the Historian at the Charlotte Museum of History, where I lead the museum's historical research and outreach initiatives. I'm also the founder of QC History, a digital history project making Charlotte's past accessible online.

My work focuses on the Charlotte-Mecklenburg region, the history of slavery and the American South, environmental history, and the history of education. I grew up in Des Moines, Iowa and moved to North Carolina in 2015. Die-hard Iowa Hawkeye and Charlotte Hornets fan.
